Cannot Email to cox.net?

I’m running Widows 7 Pro and using Windows Live Mail (WLM). My ISP is Wideopenwest.com (WOW). I have recently discovered that during the past 5 or 6 months any email I send from WLM to friends whose ISP is Cox.net that my emails are not being received and I do not get a Mail Failure return email. I have 17 cox.net addresses in Arizona and 1 in Oklahoma. I’m in Ohio. If I go into my WOW portal and send email from within Wideopenwest.com to friends with cox.net the mail is delivered. So I believe, after a great deal on experimenting, that the problem must be with either Windows 7 Pro or WLM or both. I’d like to solve this problem and any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

A quick google shows me there is a ongoing issue between WLM and cox.net, from both the send and receive ends. I could not find anything suggesting a resolution though.

I am using Pro & have a .cox.net address & sent to some also but I use Thunderbird works find

Thanks for your comments. I should have added in my original post that I have no problems receiving mail from those who use cox.net.
