When computer is started the windows logo is missing but the loading bar scrolls through 2 times the flashes over to the next screen and says "services are started" then an error message spops up and says "the installation could not be completed. Restart the computer again to continue the installation of windows" I click okay, and another error pops up that says " setup will continue after restart of computer" I click okay on that and the computer restarts and does the exact same thing...

I read that you could do a factort reset by turning off " boot booster" in the bios but I do not have this option in my bios. I did do a boot log and saw it was loading somthing called rdyboost.sys which I suspect is boot booster

. How do I factory reset my computer? Also pleasr note I do not have a cdrom nor do iI have a repair disk.
