Long story shorrt:

I got user32.dll error now I cannot even get to my desktop.
When I boot from my hard drive I get error saying no operating system found...

When I boot from USB I cannot find which drives to us cause none show..
I am running custom PC i made..
Also I don't have my windows 7 product key but I do have a windows 8 one, so should I just install that?

I tried and same thing.. can not find any drivers

and errors i get

"A media driver your computer needs s missing. This could be a dvd usb or hard disk. If you have a cd, dvd or usb flash drive with the driver on it please insert it now."

Edit: I also have access to a windows 8.1 PC from my brother if that helps

Thanks in advance

If you have an EFI BIOS then be sure to boot the DVD as a UEFI device. A USB stick must be formatted specially using Option One from UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows . You have a UEFI BIOS if you have an EFI System partition in Disk Mgmt, or settings in BIOS setup for UEFI, EFI, CSM or Legacy BIOS.

If you get prompted for drivers during install it always means a bad installer. Follow these same steps to Troubleshoot Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums

Do you have an EFI BIOS? I told you very specifically how to determine this. Look for the specified settings in BIOS to report back all settings choices. Pictures can help

If UEFI then you need to use 64 bit Win 7 ISO For your licensed version written to stick as also specified.
