Cannot log on to secured sites.

I have a Dell Inspiron 620 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and all of a sudden I cannot open any secured site and log on, such as banking sites,gmail,facebook and so on.
Please Help!

I tried everything in the article but I still cannot log onto secured sites?

Run a full anti virus scan
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes.
If they come up negative, create a new user account and see if you can log in then. We need to try to determine the cause of this problem.

you didn't mention what browser you are using and version? Are you getting any error messages when you try to log in? Do you have any antivirus software with advanced features that are interfering?
