Can't boot from USB or CD

I'm trying to reinstall my win7 first with a cd then usb flash drive but my laptop won't boot from either. I set the boot priority corectly, but it still boots to windows, ingoring the boot priority order. The cd and usb are both bootable, I've tried them on other laptops. Drivers are ok. I've red that I should enable CSM and disable Secure boot control but I don't have any of those options in BIOS. If I update the BIOS, will it help? It's version 215. I don't really want to but in case nothing else works I won't have a choice...

Any other ideas?

What I would guess is that you changed the boot priority but did not save it for it to take effect.

When the BIOS starts, on the first screen at the end, most BIOS will indicate which key is to be pressed for the onetime boot menu. If you can in the split second read it and can get into the one time boot menu, you can choose the device to boot from. There will be no need to change the boot priority.The key to enter the onetime boot menu will also be available on the motherboard manual.

Your System Information is totally inadequate - does not even indicate the motherboard model - and so only a general advice on the above lines could be given.

Do not update your BIOS just yet.

Checking your system specs (though there is still not much to go with), you did indicate you are running ASUS. If that is the same PC we are talking about, check my signature for the "BBS Popup" key (ESC) for ASUS. This is the "one-time boot menu" jumanji has mentioned. There you can manually choose which device to boot from for that time only without affecting your original boot priority.
