Hi all. Just bought my 11yr old daughter a little notebook, and its just stopped connecting in normal mode to our bthomehub router. It worked fine xmas day, then stopped the next!. Ive tried all i know, which isnt much, but no luck. I get the `windows cannot display..` etc page, and the ` diagnose connection thing`, but that cant resolve the issue. Tried switching off firewall, nope!, switching off anti virus...still nothing. BUT....it WILL connect in `safe mode`??.

I also notice that the `norton` system it came with wont turn on...yet windows `defender` will. Ive done a check, and found a `defender` type virus....but i dunno if what i have installed is the real thing, or the virus.

As i said...it worked fine...now im about to join the loony party thru this!

heyyyelp pls!!!!
