Can't display chinese and korean fonts

Hey guys i know this is old but i think i may have found something that might help us all with this problem

sadly this also happens in windows 8

i read in microsoft forum (i think) that a guy said that in order to make the font load first or something like that you have to create a text document with an asian name on your desktop such as:

火.txt

just create this file in your desktop and asian fonts will load always. i have never seen this problem again since i did this.

pls try it.
