Can't download win7 pro upgrade iso

A couple of years ago I upgraded from win 7 Premium to Win 7 Pro. I got it by downloading - no physical media. Now I want to get the iso file for Win 7 Pro and went to this site: Microsoft Software Recovery Filled out the form, Product Key, etc, but got this answer: 'We encountered a problem with the validation request. Please assure your product key is for a product supported by this site and was entered correctly, then try your request again' Anyone?

Seems to be a mess. Hasn't worked for me either.

Keeps saying it doesn't have my language. English, so it is quite obscure.

If you used anytime upgrade, maybe it doesn't work for that.

Perhaps it will for your original Home Premium key.

No problem downloading Win7 Home Premium .ISO from Microsoft Software Recovery. So why is it, that can't DL my purchased version of Win7 Proffesional? Could it be because it's 'only' an upgrade?

You can unlock the Pro version using the ei.cfg removal tool.

I don't believe that you need the ISO. You need your Home Premium in and activated. Choose windows upgrade in the program menu and follow the prompts. It will give you a place to enter your validation code and will then unlock that version. If I remember right it takes only a couple of minutes. Art.
