Can't find OS, error 0xc000000f

Sorry if this thread is not in the correct fourm. Had a unexpected crash due to overheating, peripherals would all shutdown but the computer would still be running forcing me to reboot all the time.
Leading me to have error 0xc000000f. So far looking on fourms have gotten me to make my own repair cd for windows 7 64bit home premium.
I do have a installation cd for win7 but I doubt it is the original cd that got it on my pc, it is a built desktop and I believe it came with win7 pre installed.
So the problem is when I boot it I go through selecting language and after that I have this common problem that I cant see any os listed, and I do not have any backup system image to use. Its that common prompt people have where it asks to load drives I think. Well I checked fourms and tried solutions that did not work out. So I guess im using wrong solutions or doing it wrong and will need someone to guide me to a right solution.
Im hoping that in trying things that did not work that I did not make things worse, but at this point I don't have much to lose.
Sorry about the wall of text Ill be happy to answer questions and hope that someone can help me step by step, Id appreciate it.

0xc000000f. Do you have more info about the error message that appears?
Can you boot in "safe mode"?
What happens when you do "repair your computer"?

It wants you to restore a backup (which you don't have)... isn't it? If so: click on "use recovery tools ......... " and press next. Select "command prompt" as the recovery tool.

I only see 1 screenshot instead of 2!!! So safe mode works fine? After you select "safe mode" and press enter you see a lot of drivers loading? Last one is most likely classpnp.sys? After that you have to logon or desktop appears automatically?

Did you boot from CD/DVD when you took photo 2? "windows setup" is like coming from install dvd

Please post output as well. Disk 3-6 are most likely sdcard slots... irrelevant. disk 0=931GB and disk 2-3 are 465GB.

As for proving I can boot in safe mode how would I go about doing that. I pressed F8 on startup and it it showed me the boot manager in safe mode one of the first attachments shows this.
