Can't find video card driver for my PC

Hello again,
Today I tried to play ROBLOX (unsuccesful), but the game said my video card drivers are old. I tried searching on the official HP site, but when install them these problems happen:

Edit: i tried in other sites but again unsuccesfully.

Video card(s) (copied from answer):
Intel HD Graphics 4400 - integrated graphics
AMD Radeon R5 M330 - dedicated graphics

I'm not sure what dedicated and integraded graphics mean, but when i was using Windows 10 it said my v.c. is AMD Radeon R5 M330

Its possible there are no drivers for 7 have you tried AMD see it they have any?

Dedicated is having a "dedicated" graphics card (GPU) attached to the system like the AMD Radeon R5 M330 in your case. Integrated is a GPU integrated in the CPU its self which is not as powerful as dedicated.

There are Windows 7 drivers available at the HP website, but first you want to recover the computer from the startup error. You can use System Restore to restore the computer to a time before you downloaded and installed the drivers. That should recover the computer. Once the computer has been recovered, I'll post the link for the Win 7 x64bit drivers.

Sorry I did not see you had posted.

O.P. first LINK 2 indicates there is a startup error associated with problem, so I suggest to use System Restore to get the system stable again.

i said i have tried every driver even in hp/amd site. NOTHING solves it

i've used 7 on this laptop before and it has drivers. my friend was installing them but he broke his leg and he can't help me rn

Had you done System Restore, like I mentioned in post #4? If successful, that will get your system stable.

and this broke my pc... it unistalled some drivers and it couldn't start

Run SFC /SCANNOW and check the results :ar: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker .

If that does not repair the issue, then run DISM /Online /Cleanup-image from an administrators command prompt, then check the results.
