Can't get on my laptop

I was playing a Facebook game and my laptop froze up on me and it stayed froze up for a long time so I turned it off and turned it back on and it said "Windows could not connect to the Sens Service. Please consult your system administrator." Does any1 know what this means? I can get on it if I use my guess account but it still won't do anything. I do not know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!

Hello and welcome Lee well mate it means ask yourself - you are the administrator if you own the machine and set it up.

So you do have a password to login?

Work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

You can start by booting the Win7 DVD or Repair CD to run Startup Repair a few times, but if that fails you'll need to back up to the top of the list and check for infection since it may not repair until its disinfected.
