Cant load a specific page!

Hi!

I have installed a new internet connection with a new tv and internet router.

there is only a specific web page taht i cna not load from my laptop and my mobile (Samsung s4).

At the same time the my wife can load this page from her laptop without any problem.

What should i do so i can visit this page again. around 20 days ago everything was good and i had no problem in loading any website ore webmail.

pls help!!!

Which Browser are you using ? .. Have you tried other Browsers ?

Also which Antivirus Program do you use ? ..

It is included with the internet package i have. Now i have uninstalled it.

I'm using Internet explorer and Mozilla right now. Ive tried with opera and Chrome but no result so i deleted and keept only Mozilla and internet explorer

Are you sure your wife is NOT blocking you from that site

Try running the Uninstallation Tool for your previous AV (F-Secure): ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/uitool/

It's unlikely to be related to problems with only a specific page, but it's always a good idea to run the specific uninstallation tool after removing an anti-virus product.

just used this ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/uitool/ and had a restart nut still the same, it doesn't load that page and you tube

Will it load if you type in the ip address? 85.25.105.214? If so, it could be a dns server issue like the one I just had. Same symptoms
