Can't log in after restoring PC to factory settings.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 and my computer has been getting the blue screen, saying it had crashed or something of the sorts shortly logging in.
So I decided to Dell DataSafe it and restore the computer to the factory settings. After it was finished and showed the loading screen for windows 7 it brings me to the log in screen.
However, it only shows a blank spot to type in a username, and one for the password, also where the profile picture for the should be, there is not one there.
I tried typing in "Administrator" in the username box, but it comes up saying "This account has been disabled, see system administrator"

Please help I have school and this computer is really important toward my school work. Thanks.

If you did a factory restore its reset back to first time use. That window is asking you to create a user profile. Just type in what username you want to use and what password you want to use. Your old profile has likely been wiped clean and erased. I hope you backed up your data because its likely gone too. If you did what I think you did, your PC is back to the way it was the first time you turned it on.

Unfortunately it's not the case. No matter what I type in it says it's wrong

What's probably easiest at this point is to do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

If Dell didn't provide you with the Win7 Reinstallation DVD or it doesn't have SP1 then use the one provided in Step 1 for your licensed version. All that's missing is activation which can be done using the Product Key on COA sticker on machine, and a Dell logo on System page.

So I would need another computer to do that then?

Yes, to download and burn/write the DVD or flash stick if you don't have one.

Meanwhile study the steps to get it perfect, so you never have to reinstall again but can rely on a backup image made after it's setup and running best.

Yes, but study the steps to make sure you understand them and ask back any questions as needed.

A reinstall is done from booted installer so it doesn't depend upon the OS. In fact it's best to delete all partitions during install if you don't have anything you need on them. Since Recovery doesn't work you can delete it too.
