When I'm in a MS Word 2003 document, I try to click on the little yellow box with the up arrow which means "move up one". I'm trying to move up to the next level directory which would be "My Documents". this folder has about 20 other folders under it including the folder "letters". Here's a screen shot of what happens. I'm told I need administrator privledges to access "My Documents". But if I click on "My Documents" folder on the left side of the box, then it will allow me to go to that directory. Anyone have any idea why this is? I didn't have this problem in Windows XP. Thanks for your assistance. You will probably have to click on the picture to enlarge it. This is a letter template in MS Word 2003.
