Solved Can't open 32bit IE9

Hi. I have windows 7 64 bit installed. There are 2 IE9's in the start menu listed Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer (64bit). Either one I choose opens the 64bit version. I i go to program files(x86)/internet explorer and open it from there it works. So I pin it to the taskbar, click on it and it once again opens the 64 bit version.
Can anyone help?

Open start menu, right click on IE (the non x64 one), click on properties. What is the path on the shortcut tab? It should be:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

Where C:\ is your OS drive

Also confirm Start in path is:

%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%

Gosh I should've know to check the shortcut path. I don't have a clue why it was wrong.
