Can't Open Magic Disk

Ok, So I got Magic ISO and Magic Disk, (and i got them from a link that someone on this site posted, and seemed to be able to use just fine) and I even ran it as an administrator. I was able to install magic disk but now I can not open it. It just starts running in the background, but doesn't actually show me anything. What am I doing wrong?

This is where I got it. I go the 1 for Windows 7.

When i go into task manager, it shows that MAGICD~1.EXE*32 is running. I scanned it with Microsoft security essentials, and it didn't show up as a virus.

when you're in the task manager windows, click the services tab then click the services button on the bottom right corner of the window, it will show you the list of services, select your service and go to properties and click the Log on tab and check the box "Allow service to interact with desktop" that should do it.
