Hi,
When I click on the Outlook 2010 icon on my desktop, it will not open, it just appears in the taskbar. The application just doesnt wanna seem to popup or open. I have tried a few fixes that Microsoft recommended and have tried an unistall/reinstall. After looking in Event Viewer, it said the following....
"Application popup: Windows - Application Error: The instruction at 0x5c71ead8 referenced memory at 0xe0ca5344. The memory could not be read".
In Event Viewer, under the Source column, it said "Application Popup"
In Event Viewer, under the Event ID column, it said "26"
I am not sure what the next troubleshooting steps would be, any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin
