No worries Dave glad it is now up and running and it just goes to show you as I think I mentioned before how convoluted those support sites can be as that page you linked is quite different ot the one I did.
It sometimes as in the case with Toshiba laptops depends on where the machine is made for and where it was made as to where you need to get the support for it. In the long run that doesn't make sense to me because only the language would change one would think.
