Cant see and change wallpaper

No wallpaper see in desktop (just black screen), task bar and shortcut is fine, no "windows not genuine" message. But if i kill explorer.exe, the wallpaper is see again.

Try a different Windows theme - anything?

Still the same, no change happen

Try deleting the TranscodedWallpaper.jpg

C:\Users\(User name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\TranscodedWallpaper.jpg

See if that makes any difference. If not, I'd run the System File Checker. If you use 3rd party themes, you'll have to repatch after.
