So what do I do?, I can't seem to use the arrow keys. It says Use the up and down arrow keys to select System Information , and then press the Enter key. I am unable to do that.

Windows Won't boot , It keeps looping and never starts. Cotton any idea man what I can do?

It just keeps booting no matter what option I choose. Where it says windows is starting after that blue screens comes up and then it reboots all over.
