Caption text color for programs like 3Ds Max?

Hi I've been looking for this text color for a few hours and i cant seem to find it any were any help would be great it seems to be only on some program windows not all of them thanks.

Windows Style Builder i have all the text changed apart from 3Ds Max it must not be under Windows & Caption Buttons.

Thanks i have changed that and it doesn't apply to 3D Max here is the text i have changed which i think is all the text in Windows & Caption Buttons.

Was it just the msstyles you need or the OS?

I did not mean Windows 8 I was trying to download 3D max so I could try to find that text location if possible.

I did some testing and I could not find any way to change that text color, it must be hardcoded into 3D Max. I see Panda x pretty much told you the same thing.
