Cbs.log - windows updater isn't working

Ok, so my windows updater isn't working and i ran a sfc /scannow to find tons of failed files listed with the WindowsUpdateAgent. Now i didn't list everything failed because it would be impossible to fit on this forum post, but the pattern is clear every file corrupted is by WindowsUpdateAgent. Is there anyway to fix this?

It keeps saying i need to uninstall ATI Catalyst install manager, but i have it uninstalled when i followed the directions. Heres the windows compatibility report.
