That sounds more like a problem with the media player and not a problem with the CD drive.

Welcome to SevenForums.

Open Computer > right-click > choose create shortcut
on desktop > right click shortcut you just created
choose > properties
Your path should be:
E:\

If it's not:
click :orb:
searchbox type
computer management
click on it
click on disk management
scroll down to CD ROM
right-click on CD-ROM 0
change drive letter and path
popup change
scroll down to E
click OK
click OK
close disk management

Ok the problem has been solved, I made a new user account and it works normally on the new user account
