CD/DVD Device Loader Missing

Hello all, does any one know what is causing the cd/dvd burner not loading windows. It will get as far as the install then I get a message saying device loader missing. what causes that. I'm not familiar with the ACHI or Raid settings. Also they talk about SSD drives and HDD drives, I'm using a HDD drive. Were would i hook the connectors up to. Thanks for your help you can email with info if you want to.

If you set AHCI mode in BIOS, you won't need additional drivers but if it is set to RAID, you will need the pre-install drivers from motherboard support site.

SSD or HDD won't matter, the mentality is the same.
