cd key limit on 1 pc

HELlo,
i have a system with ligit windows on which i was gettin a blue screen error so i reinstalled windows on the same computer so far i havent made mine legit so can i enter the same key on my same system?
p.s.
how many times can use my key on the same system?

You can reactivate on the same computer as often as you want.

With full retail or Upgrade version you can reactivate it on any machine of your choice whenever you want, as long as it is on only one.

With retail or factory OEM it is locked to the machine it is first installed.

If you have a sticker on the computer case with the Product Key, you can reinstall via the CD, provided it doesn't say retail or factory OEM, as my buddy Greg says

Since Vista you can reinstall factory OEM using the retail installer for your version.
