Change "CTRL+ALT+DELETE" wording to "CTRL+ALT+INSERT"

I would like to change the wording on the Windows 7 logon page from "Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to unlock this computer" to "Press CTRL+ALT+INSERT to unlock this computer". My company uses a lot of VMware View desktops and it's tedious to continually inform users of the keystrokes. I have searched through the forums here and cannot find the file that I need to configure. I have downloaded Resource Hacker and love it but I just need the file name. Can anyone point me in the right direction or let me know if this is even possible?

You could do what we do here at work. We turn it off. It doesn't actually protect anything these days, just an annoyance.

I would turn it off but then users would call asking how to log in. Not the sharpest tools in the shed around here.

I think I found the file to modify:

"authui.dll.mui"
String Table 751
Lines 12002 and 12007

I can modify it with Resource Hacker but it's not changing anything so maybe it isn't the correct file?

Why would they ask when the login fields show when the computer starts? They don't have to push any extra buttons to get it to show its already there! What you said makes no sense.
