Change text color in a specific program?

I recently installed the U-7imate theme for Windows 7. I like it a lot, but one annoying thing is that it changes the text color in right click menus to white. As you can see, this works nicely with Windows Explorer and such, but Solidworks does not like it so much. I can't read anything in the menus now. Is there a way I can change the text color in a specific application? Or is it just one global variable? The theme also messes with Google chrome a bit but that is not such a big deal. If I could change that back too that would be cool.

Thank you!
Justin

Welcome to the Seven Forums

Most likely there is not a way of changing that context menu in the program itself.

You'll find that problem with dark theme.

An application will either use the system configured menu text color or some other chosen by the developer. Unless the application itself has options to choose menu colors (unusual) you are out of luck.

Applications have the ultimate control over how to display things. Usually they accommodate non-default system colors and configuration, sometimes not.

You can report the problem to the software supplier. Maybe they will do something in the next version.

Welcome to Seven Forums xjsc16x. You might try using windows color> advanced menu settings and change the text color to a gray. It will be harder to see on the black background, and not great on the white, but it won't be invisible ;)
