Change the sensitivity of the auto hide feature on the taskbar

Hi i want to make my taskbar take longer to reaper after hidden because it gets annoying every time i try to scroll down it pops up. I have done it before but i forget how now :o
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I resumed this thread because i would do something similar, that is to change the time needed to show the taskbar when autohided...is there a way?

Edit: Truly my purpose is to show-hide the taskbar using a keybord command, but the solutions that I found in the other threads didn't works exactly as I wanted! So I decided to try this way...

Thank you A Guy, it works on seven!
I used the installable version, the only problem was that the start button remain on top after the taskbar hides, but using a taskbar hider I resolved, taskbar activate works although taskbar hider is running!
