"Change Your Name" for the user account

Hi, I want to have a batch file that will open and take you directly to the change account name box of the logged in user:

"Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts\Change Your Name"

Ive take a look through and done some searching but I can't seem to find anything.

Any suggestions?

Will get you to User Accounts. Don't know how to get to Change You Name though.
