Changed 'Performance' in msconfig, computer can't start properly

Changed 'Memory' in msconfig, computer can't start properly

My computer always hang whenever I sign in Skype.. So I tried un-ticking the 'memory' in boot menu (in msconfig) and the result now my computer can't even start properly.. It shutdowns automatically after the boot screen, please help me..

Windows 7 x64, 8GB DDR3

What Performance? Where was it in msconfig?

I'm not sure whether it is 'performance' or 'memory'.. Somewhere right on the boot menu in msconfig..

It's under Advanced Options in the Boot tab. Neither of the circled boxes should be checked. These LIMIT boot resources. Leave these alone or reset to default settings.
