Changing the Default Power Plan

Hello,

My computer always open in Standard Power Plan.
I want it always open with High Performance Power Plan.
How can I do this?
I mean can I change my computer settings to start with High Performance automatically at every restart?

Hi,

Once you change the a required power plan it stays as the default until you choose to change it again. I would suggest you change to High Performance then reboot the machine to see if the changes have been permanent.

I had a program called ASUS PowerGear for overclocking. I removed it from the startup, but it is still starting up with Standard. (Even after I choose High Performance).

P.S.: The first 2 options of Power Plans (Plans shown on the battery meter) on my computer are ASUS Standard Mode and High Performance.

I am wondering if there is any other process I need to remove from startup or it is not related maybe, I don't know.
