An hour ago i tried moving files from a recently bought usb drive to a external hard drive. Sadly Pasting these files in didn't really work.. I tried almost everything to fix it Removing the device and repluging it back in again. Restarting windows. They just would't move. After that i tried checking the 64gb disk and this is where things have gone wrong. At first it seemed to be checking files, but then after reaching the point of checking USN bytes, it imidiatly froze. Can't even click inside the window anymore. As soon as i8 click the cancel button, the windows beep sound starts playing, and nothing happens. After opening the drive in explorer i noticed some of the files have gone from their normal size to 0 bytes... I'm really in a hurry so if anyone knows what i can do in the next 1 hour please tell me. The image in the attachements is a image about the frozen window.

Somehow after ending the task in task manager, i now can copy and move files again. Those files which contain nothing anymore, weren't actually usefull files that i still needed, so i'm glad i was able to stop the process before it could do any more harm. Sorry for creating such a useless thread.
