Chrome vs Supermium

Picking up problems, like X not working, on my Chrome Windows 7 system. Yes, i know I should upgrade to new windows , but not at this age (86).
Appreciate experience with Supermium or something else. Thanks peter

The reason X and many other websites won't work is because Chrome hasn't been updated for Windows 7 in some years, same with Firefox. Use Supermium which is still maintained along with R3dfox, it's what I have on my Windows 7 x64 laptop (I still use Windows 7 but it's no longer my main OS.

Since you mention your age I have an extension I would like to recommend: Mouse Pinch-To-Zoom. It simulates the Pinch-To-Zoom feature available on smartphones and tablets that allows you to zoom in and scroll around the page.

It allows you to zoom in with mouse wheel without changing the formatting that often happens using the browser's built-in zoom feature. Very handy when filling in online forms.
