CLASSPNP.sys driver issue?

Hi gurus,

I have an IPC at work running Windows 7 Pro that hangs up at the 'starting windows' screen. Before this it was running extremley slow. When I boot in safe mode it hangs up at the CLASSPNP.sys driver.
I've tried all the other safe mode boot options but cannot get it to start, any other ideas?
