Solved Clean Installing Windows 7 Pro 64bit, ERROR CODE [0x06069e]

I am on day two of trying to troubleshoot my Windows 7 Professional 64 bit w/ SP1 Clean Install from OEM System Builder Version. This is my Dad's PC that I built in 2010 with the same version of Windows that I installed previously. I decided to Clean Install his PC because I needed the OCZ Vertex 3 120GB & WD5000AAKX-001CA0 Caviar Blue 500GB from his system and needed to downgrade his PC.

The Original System Specs along with all Downgrades Below:
Case: Cooler Master COSMOS 1000
CPU: Intel i7-930
CPU Cooler: Replaced Corsair H70 Watercooler w/ Corsair H80i Watercooler
Motherboard: ASUS P6X58D Premium
Memory: Reduced Memory from 12GB Patriot PGS36G1600ELK GSERIES 1600Mhz to 6GB of the same.
HDD/SSD: Replaced the above mentioned drives with a Samsung 250GB SP2504C
GPU: Replaced BFG GTX 285 OC w/ EVGA Geforce 8800GT
PSU: Replaced Corsair HX850W w/ XION XON-600F14R-201 600W

Before beginning, I used disk management to delete all partitions on the WD 500GB. After finishing the build I proceeded to create a USB Boot drive (diskpart) via the Windows CD & Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool. Next I used my PC and disk management to unallocate the Samsung 250GB, and the OCZ Vertex as well (I think this was my demise). I then connected the Samsung, a DVD Drive, and inserted the USB into Dad's PC.

On first start the system started and Posted fine. Changed IDE to ACHI and Switched Boot Priority to USB. Saved, restarted, and checked to be sure it worked. Proceeded to Windows Installer via USB and saw the Samsung listed alone unallocated. Selecting it and clicking next I received my error saying it could not find a partition or install & to check setup log. Shift+F10, setup log, and this is the error code and text I received.

I tried removing the USB and trying the CD and saw a no boot mgr error, replaced usb and tried numerous partition deletes, sizes, used diskpart to [clean] as both a ntfs & fat32 (eh..) and received the same error every time. I then downloaded the official win 7 pro 64bit iso from microsoft and made a new boot drive, and received the same error. Memtest with no errors. I then updated my ASUS BIOS to the newest BIOS through EZ Flash 2 successfully. Tried again, same error. Inserted the OCZ Vertex (original Boot Drive) and got the same result. I have tried every solution I can find, especially from these forums and nothing has worked. As I am writing this now, I am waiting on diskpart after running the CLEAN ALL command to write 0's to the entire drive as it is the only thing I can think of.

PS: Already Called Microsoft Tech Support and was told to contact a Hardware Technician. With all my money tied into these two computers at the moment. It seems that would be me.

I am willing to try anything. I have never had an issue building PC's in the past and I am quite exhausted at this effort. Thank you in advance.

Clean All just finished. I tried to install again and received the same error code .

I see nothing in the specs that this mobo has UEFI BIOS.

So proceed to Troubleshoot Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums making sure to format any stick with Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool.

I have a Asus P6X58D and it does not have UEFI BIOS.
X58 motherboards are to old to have UEFI BIOS.

Indeed. I finally realized that the only time I tried to boot from CD I still had my USB plugged in and even though my boot priority was setup correctly, it still booted from the corrupted USB image. Powered down and restarted with everything but the HDD and the cd plugged in and it worked like a charm. I feel rather sad that I missed such a simple troubleshoot, however, that's what I get for working on no sleep.

Thank you very much for your replies to my troubles nonetheless. This forum has helped me tremendously prior to my actual joining it and I am happy I did so.
