cod: mw2 sound files

Can anyone help me find and extract the sounds from cod: mw2?
Not the gun sounds or theme music, but what I'm looking for are the dialogues, radio chatter and the speeches during the game. I nosed around in the mw2 folders couldn't find any typical mp3 or wma audo files.
Other than holding up a mic to the desktop speakers, where to I find the mw2 speeches/sounds and how do I extract the original files from the game itself?

They all should be in the .IWD file format which can be opened in WinRAR. If you use that you shouldn't have any problems extracting them.

It worked. I successfully extracted the .wav files. Those are the in-game speeches. Yet, I only extracted from the localized IWD files. Where can I extract the sound files from the intro's?
Before each level during loading there are movie intro's playing which include dialogues.can I extract those and where?

If your looking for a specific file location i cant really help, i thought they were in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\callofdutymodernwarfare2\main\ (or something like that). you could always run a search on your computer for all .IWD files and have a look through them.
