Code 800B0100 and Code 80073712 (KB2562937) and (KB976932)

Please help!

When I try to do my windows update it says 2 updates failed and windows updated encountered an unknown error. Code 800B0100 and Code 80073712.
When I click on view update history the errors that won't work are (KB2562937) and (KB976932)
I've used the System Update Readiness Tool when finished it said that the scan was complete. I tried to do the updates again and they still wouldn't work.
I then did sfc scan and it said corrupt files were successfully repaired, again I tried the updates, still the same errors.
I have also tried the fix it tool, I've tried downloading the update through the windows website and I've also tried the windows update troubleshoot tool, all have not worked either. When I tried the troubleshoot, 2 problems could not be fixed.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)
