Colour Hot-track taskbar

Hi, is it possible to permanently enable this feature Colour Hot-track at taskbar without mouseover to triger it? Been googling for hours... Maybe hack registry or anything like that?

hi evilsin. i dont think there is an option like that since the colour appears only when you hover it and it was created for that purpose. Maybe other forum members here might know something

Yeah I know it's only for hover purpose but I'm trying to find a hack registry to enable it...
