I keep getting this error after right-clicking the microphone's control panel taskbar icon. I still can open the panel and change the settings, but this error is stressing me out. I just switched to a completely new PC and I'm afraid that this might be caused by some hardware malfunction. It never happened before on the old machine. I even did full system re-installation but I keep getting this error.

Did you first install the software for the mic before connecting it? If you connected it first there could be incorrect drivers installed by Windows.

(I have a recording studio).

Nope, I did everything correctly. Drivers installation first, then plugging in the microphone.
