tw33k- I invite you to check out the Comodo Forums where the Leak Tests are discussed in great detail. There are many threads there where getting those last few points towards a perfect score are discussed and I am confident that you will find the answers you seek there.

The comodo leak test as just as much of a test of the user as of Comodo itself because it uses the same methods malicious software uses to install itself. If you allow something comodo warns you to block, you're compromising the security of your system. Run the test but block everything that pops up and see if that makes a difference

Not surprising that it passes it's own test but have had the same sort of result with every other test I run

I scored a 190/340 with Windows 7 firewall. I just did a clean install on my new SSD recently and I haven't had the heart to pile on too much security software and I don't think it is necessary for my uses. I just use MSE along with Windows Firewall, and do my browsing in Sandboxie. Seems to be working fine so far. I do a weekly scan with Hitman Pro just for good measure though. If I do decide to install a third party firewall it will likely be Comodo or Outpost.

I would love to see the full results too on that 970/340 score.

I just use MSE along with Windows Firewall, and do my browsing in Sandboxie.

Browsing in the virtual space of Sandboxie is a real game changer! I haven't had a single detection since I started using it nearly 2 years ago...not even so much as a tracking cookie!

Maxxwire, yes Sandboxie is a great software. I have used it for a while and purchased a license.

On my virtual machine with win XP 32bit I just installed Comodo Internet Security version 5.3 and my CLT results are not surprising - 340/340.

After installing the latest v5.3 release of the Comodo Firewall and Proactive Defense + HIPS I ran the Leak Tests and got a perfect 340/340 the very first time which is the first time this has happened on my Win 7 x64 computer since back when I was using v3.14!

Very very interesting but nearly everybody never posted an image of the clt.log. It showed I was on Vista and I just happen to be on W7 Home Premium.

How is it that you do not understand that the CLT considers Vista as build 6000 and Win 7 as Build 7600 of Vista that began development with a barely baked version of Vista in other words there is no Windows 7.0 because Win 7 started with Vista and is an upgrade to and the ultimate improvement of Vista.
