"Completing Installation"... FROZEE!! wtf how do i fix this

Im at the last part and it seems to be froze, it says "completing installation" its doing nothing, the little "..." at the end of the text are still going but thats it, is this normal?

Im installing through a USB.

I take it your installing win 7 from usb, should take around 25-30 minutes.

and the screen will look like it has froze at certain points of the installation.

Hello CMDCNTL.



From what you have posted around here in the last couple days I'm sure the issue lies with the image you are trying to use for the install; get an authentic Windows 7 and I'm sure you will have no problem getting Windows 7 installed.

Im very offended you thought i am using an illegal copy. The copy i have is an authentic version copied from the CD.

Well if I am incorrect I apologize; we see it all the time and the way you worded a couple of your poste it seemed (to me) it was a boot-leg version.
