Computer constantly crashing on startup, even on safe mode

Startup repair has done nothing, and I'm stuck in a rut since I lost the password to my account on the PC a couple years back and have no idea what it is. I highly doubt it's a virus or malware since McAfee hasn't alerted me to anything, and in the past couple of days the only website I can remember visiting is Microsoft support for Xbox help, anyways, I believe Fallout 3, which I recently installed, and isn't optimized for Win 7, is the root of my problems. It was working without trouble until today, it crashed on startup and I restarted my computer, but got a BSoD while it was logging in. Startup repair said that unspecified changes to system configuration might've cause the problem. But, if I can access my hard drive and uninstall Fallout 3 I'm moderately confident that the problems will subside. Thanks.

Sorry about this, as you can tell I'm not very knowledgeable and don't really know what to do. The black screen issue stopped.

Disregard the black screen stuff, I booted it up again to doublecheck the beeps and it started up, it's still giving me the same crash error though.

Maybe try running MemTest http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html (it doesn't need Windows running to work) if you have bad memory it will let you know. If you have two sticks of RAM you could try pulling one, then start run windows, then if still no good, reinstall it and pull the other, to see if one went bad.

Also, there is a tutorial on this site that shows you how to reset a forgotten password (as long as you are logged in now with an administrator account).

Nevermind, I completely forgot about an old laptop. It is running on Win 7 so it'll do.

I ran nine checks on the RAM program, and it got no results. My memory is clean. Can you link the password reset tutorial?

Do you have Administrator privileges on that PC? Computer-right click-manage-user accounts and groups-accounts-right click the account and set password.

Apologies. I'll try to make myself sound more coherent. I didn't proofread and I guess all the editing I did made it worse. Anyways, yesterday my computer started crashing every time I booted it up, even on safe mode, and I believe the problem may be attributed to Fallout 3, which I was having issues with right before the computer got messed up, which is probably because it isn't optimized for Win 7. I was told to run a program to make sure my memory wasn't broken in any way, and the test cleared my computer. So memory is not the cause of my issue, and I'd like to find a way to get into my hard drive so I can uninstall Fallout and see if that fixes my issue. I've also ran the automatic startup repair multiple times, and it hasn't been able to fix anything. It gives me the option to view advanced options for system recovery and support, but since I don't have my account's password I can't access that. I hope this clears things up. Sorry about the messy posting.

I know of no memory test that clears anything.

How many hard drives do you have?
Does this hard drive you are trying to get into have Windows 7 install?

What account and what password? You have already stated you don't have a password on your system.

Did you install this game when you were logged into your account?
How many account are on this computer?

Are you the administrator of this computer?
Do you have a administrator account on this computer?

The test checks the computer's memory to see if it is broken in any way. It passed the test. I have one hard drive, the internal one. It is my account, the one I lost my password for, and it is the administrator. I installed Fallout 3 just a couple of days ago. It didn't effect the computer in any way until I tried to play it yesterday.

Are you sure you have a password set and it is not empty? Can you change password from User Accounts in Control Panel? If not, use the program I linked to in my post earlier to reset it.
