Above the "reply" typing area is a toolbar. Click on the paper clip, which takes you to the upload dialogue, where you can upload the file that contains the screenshot you've already saved on your desktop.

ThrashZone it worked I was able to do what you said and here's the screenshot.

You do not see any exe extensions because your system is not displaying them. To see them, go to explorer (like you have open in your screenshot), click organize > folder and search options > view, then uncheck "hide extenstions for known file types", then click apply, then click apply to all folders. After that you will see the extensions. If you want.

Very good
Just monitor it which is easy 41c is okay for stock cooling
If it goes into the high 65c+ or 70c's... and stays there let use know you can use resource monitor to see what is going on but if you're gaming.... that would be what is going on
