Solved computer crashed re installed now no touchpad

hi windows 7 64 bit after re install no synaptics pointing device ie toutchpad but I have the drivers installed help please.ps it is acer aspire E1-570

You didn't turn it off by accident maybe? There should be a function key on the keyboard that disables it. What does device manager show, any yellow ! or red X's?

only yellow blue tooth turned off in device manager. dont know about function keys deff no external switch.thanks for your reply still waiting for any other replys

Look at the F keys across the top of the keyboard. On laptops they often double as screen brightness up down, volume up down, WIFI on off, touchpad on Off, etc. You press the Fn button and the F key for what you want to do.
