Computer Freezes but mouse moves with a major lag

I have been having a issue of my computer freezing at random times and with no consistency in running programs. I have been having this issue for the last year and a half and still no luck at figuring it out. My computer is a Custom built one.

ASUS P8Z77-V LX MOBO

RAM:
2x Silicon Power 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
1x Crucial 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Graphics:
ASUS AMD Raedon R9 200 Series

Hard Drive:
Hitachi 1000GB

PSU:
CORSAIR HX series HX650 650W

So far I have gone through just about everything I can try to find the answer to my problem I have had my MOBO replaced, bought a new stick of RAM and used that one solely, tried a complete system restart on a new hard drive, upgraded my power supply, and did a boot up with only the built in graphics. None of these changes have stopped the freezing. I have run Malware-bytes and came up with nothing along with McAfee. I check my event viewer after each time and no critical events are listed. Also my temps on the computer for everything except my CPU never get above 100F and the CPU is never above 115F. The screen will freeze and so will the keyboard, but I can move the mouse with a major lag. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does it happen in Safe Mode?

I have not tried it in safe mode do to the fact that it maybe an hour to three days until it freezes again. Also the scan came back with nothing wrong.

What about "Did you try a clean startup? Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup"?

It will do a Safe boot yes have I let it sit long enough to see if it will freeze in Safe Mode no.

You can go on with your daily life with it being in a clean state. You can even run a clean startup deliberately (security software excluded, AV/Firewall/Anti-Malware etc)

I have been trying that for the last 3 weeks with everything off and also trying to narrow it down by stopping certain programs and it still crashed.

Hmm, since RAM modules have different specs, maybe the configuration got corrupt somehow?
Tried loading defaults in BIOS? How to reset CMOS or BIOS settings

Good catch on the ram GokAy.
That for sure could be causing problems.
I also see in the specs that Enterprise is being used.

I will just be watching.
