Good information.

Your crash was: STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory
Code:
EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.

Run memtest86+, again for another 7 full passes, best to run overnight.
I know you have ran it already, sometimes you need to run it a few times to be sure the RAM is ok.
This crash is indicating a RAM issue.

I see several issues.
Your CPU voltage is at 1.312v and is fluctuating a bit.
Are you overclocking?
If you are, return all BIOS setting to default.

AMD Athlon™ II X4
Max Temps: 71°C
Yours is running at 48°C, which is good.

The PSU is questionable.
Your +3.3v and +12v rails are not as smooth as they should be.

You still have out dated ASACPI and AsIO drivers.
Un-install all Asus Utilities, these are known to cause crashes, for testing purposes.
After the system is stable you can re-install them one by one, checking for stability as you go.

Download and run Seatools on your HDD.

Did you run the Seatools Long Drive Self Test?

Due to the fluctuating CPU Vcore voltage I suggest you update your BIOS.

So..I've been kinda scared about updating my bios but it's been done and I think it's correct. Once the computer rebooted i did get BSOD...rebooted again and nothing has happened so far.

Pre flash.. I play a game called league of legends and i had 300 ping all game, about 20mins into the game my computer froze and had to reboot. Not sure if this should be mentioned not not.

Did you re-set the RAM settings that you had before?

Make sure the DRAM frequency is still set to 1333MHz.
BIOS -> Advanced -> JumperFree Configuration -> DRAM Frequency -> Manual -> [1333 MHz]

In your BIOS: Advanced tab > Jumper Free Configuration >
Set these to Manual:
Set your VDD Over Voltage to 1.20v. Pg 2-10
Memory Over Voltage to 1.55v. Pg 2-12
DRAM Timing/Driving Configuration, set the first four timings to 9-9-9-25, leave the rest on 'Auto'.

In the windows Search box type 'resmon' and open it to the Memory tab and post a snip, want to see the Processes that are using RAM.

Run OCCT again, let's look at the graphs to see if the BIOS updates have helped the CPU voltage stabilize.
Post these graphs in your next post.
Run the CPU:OCCT test for 30 minutes.

The Resource Monitor -RAM, looks good, the opened apps aren't using too much RAM.
The 'Hard Fault' spike, generally means it's using the page file, is high considering the free RAM.

The OCCT graphs look similar, the Vcore is fluctuating a little too much.
The 3.3v and +12v should all look like the +5v.
View attachment 224411View attachment 224412View attachment 224413

The Vcore should also be relatively flat.
View attachment 224414

This is known as noise and ripple, too much can cause instability and crashes as well as damage components.
This information is from POWER SUPPLY REVIEW DATABASE
If the PSU presents noise and ripple levels above specification you are overloading the components from your computer. As a consecuence, depending on how important the deviation is, your computer would present different problems: unwanted resets, blue screens, or even kill some of the computer’s internal components.

The bottom line:
Stay away from generic/low quality PSUs and go for a quality unit even if it means paying a bit more than you intended. You will not regret the decisión.

Your Diablotek 450Watt ATX Power supply, isn't listed at that data base site, which is not a good sign as they have a large base.
A case company's PSU is usually a cheap model, these typically have poor specs and don't deliver clean power. They will degrade quickly over a short period of time.
How old is this PSU?

Searched some reviews, not many so went to Newegg, a lot of complaints.

It's difficult to recommend a new PSU, as it's hard to test them and be sure, but have seen this solve issues many times.
In your case I do recommend a new 550w PSU, find a supplier with a good return policy, just in case it doesn't help.
Use the POWER SUPPLY REVIEW DATABASE site to check on your new selection.
They mention Seasonic, Enermax, Delta Electronics and CWT OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) as making quality units.
I always go with a brand that has Seasonic as their OEM.

Let me know what PSU you are looking at, if you decide to get one, I can research it for you.

The Vcore should also be relatively flat.

The PSU I have now I'm really not sure how old it is. In January I had a computer problem and when I took it to get fixed the guy also changed the PSU to what it is now.. If i do buy a new PSU it will most likely be from Compusa cause I'm kinda impatient, so I'd rather just walk in and buy it myself.

Search Results for 550 watt power supply at CompUSA.com

Is the list I was looking at. If i will have to get it from somewhere else then I can.

Bad link in the last post, fixed: POWER SUPPLY REVIEW DATABASE

From your link, the one that looks good is the XFX Core Edition PRO550W - Power supply ( internal ) - ATX12V 2.2/ EPS12V 2.91 - 80 PLUS Bronze - AC 100-240 V - 550 Watt - active PFC.

Check the PSU Review DataBase
XFX PRO 550W (P1-550S-XXB9)
OEM: Seasonic - they are one of the best
Warranty: 5 years
Efficiency: 80 PLUS BRONZE

Second choice.
This is more expensive than the XFX.
Corsair CP-9020001-NA Enthusiast Series TX550M Modular Power Supply - 550W, 80 Plus Bronze, Single +12V Rail
OEM: CWT - ok but I prefer Seasonic
The rest is the same as above.

I wouldn't recommend any of the others.

It has been a VERY long time! I've been using my laptop while i saved for a PSU. Yesterday i went to CompUSA and purchased this

HX Series HX750 Power Supply

I installed it last night and so far everything is going great. Not a single crash.
