I purchased this Laptop over a month ago,
one week in to my purchase i received my first Blue Screen Error.
i then got them maybe once a week since (sometimes more)
i noticed it happens more when the computer is not being used (the most i leave it for is 1 hour tops)
sometimes when im using the computer it randomly restarts itself without showing the blue screen, but most of the time i get the "driver_iqrl_not_less_or_equal" error.
i followed the instructions and attached the health report and the memory dump files.

Any Help? it's really beginning to annoy me

Hi,

Quite a range of bugchecks here - including some Driver Verifier enabled ones with Microsoft Drivers blamed.

Potential software causes -
Code:
[FONT=lucida console]
[B]PS2.sys[/B] Tue Jun 05 01:59:59 [COLOR=Red]2001[/COLOR] (3B1B945F) - Some form of keyboard driver

[B]tosporte.sys[/B] Tue Oct 10 23:33:20 [COLOR=Red]2006[/COLOR] (452B76F0) - Toshiba Bluetooth
[B]tosrfcom.sys[/B] Mon Aug 01 19:45:06 [COLOR=Red]2005[/COLOR] (42EDD302) - Toshiba Bluetooth
[/FONT]
However I do not think these are the cause as none of them were present before the re-install.

That, plus the fact the problems remained after the re-install makes me suspect hardware problems.

In your post-reinstall BSODs - igdkmd32.sys was blamed for one, however I see that you have since updated it.

So, you have already run a memtest.

Try this stress test - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html (run the Blend test as well as the Small FFT test)

Also run this one - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html

And also get rid of AVG - I don't think it is the problem, but it is good to eliminate it just in case.
Download the AVG Removal Tool (ART) from here (make sure you get the appropriate version) -> save to desktop.

Boot into SAFEMODE - NO Networking. Then go to desktop, RIGHT-click on the ART icon and select Run as Administrator.

When complete - re-boot.

Install MS Security Essentials --> http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

Then reset the Windows Firewall to its default settings -
START -> type cmd.exe -> right-click -> run as administrator -> type netsh advfirewall reset press enter
Regards,
Reventon

Thanks for your reply.

I have a test running around 4 hours now and there's still no errors, which is obviously a good thing.
im going to let this test run then run the other test and see if anything shows up
i've removed AVG for now, should i install a different anti-virus or wait until the problem is resolved?

never mind i didnt read all of your post, i will Install MS Security Essentials
