computer is stuck at startup repair

My laptop is acer aspire s3 ultrabook, with windows7 home premium.

I didn't open my computer for few days and when I opened it yesterday, it was not loading up instead just goes to startup repair.
I have tried the safe mode with networking but it freezes after few seconds.
I have changed the bios to default setting.
I have let the startup repair run for almost 10 hours, but nothing.
I can't open the command or anything else on my computer.
If I run the Windows normally it just goes to window image and freezes.

I don't have CD for Windows.

I need help for dummy level since I can't understand technical terms.

Dear Saima,

Try performing clean boot and see if you may able to fix this. Alternatively, you'll need to clean install Windows 7 (I'm afraid that you can't do this as you weren't having installation disc).
See if your friends or colleges have this so you can take advantage of it.
