Hello,

I'm using an Asus P9x79 Deluxe with the antenna that came with the mobo, along with Windows 7.

I normally have the computer plugged into an ethernet channel, but today I moved it into a different room for work and it cannot connect wirelessly to the internet. In fact, it does not give me that as an option at all! Strange, as I never had this problem before. It just doesn't see the antenna I'm guessing?

The only significant change that I had was I installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I don't see how that could mess things up.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Is the adapter visible and enabled in Network and Sharing, Change Adapter settings?

I can't find the "adapter", but it's a card that is connected directly to my mobo, and a wireless cable that leads out of the computer to the antenna. But no, I don't see anything.
