Hey All,

My issue is I just finishing putting my computer back together after having an Issue with one of my video cards,

Sabertooth P67 Rev b motherboard
I7 - 2600k @ 3.4
Msi Twin Frozr III 660ti GFX card
1x 250gb SSD
2x 2tb HHD
2x 1tb HHD

just reinstalled windows on my SDD, it runs fine, but randomly crashes
I installed Core Temp to see if maybe the new CPU fan I got isnt pulling it's weight, but its not the case, the cpu temp sits are about 47c - 49c which i think is fine.

by randomly I mean, I haven't Installed any games, or played any even, I watched a couple movies last night and it crashed, and today, i was installing Core Temp and it crashed during installation.

I cant seem to figure out the issue, if anyone has any suggestions i could try it would be greatly appreciated

Thanks;

A couple of questions:

1. Is this 47 to 49C under load? Or at idle?
2. Are you overclocking anything, like the CPU or GPU?
3. How much wattage does your power supply provide? You don't have it listed, and you have a lot of hard disks.
4. Have you tried reseating the memory? Maybe there is a loose connection in the memory connectors.

Answers to those questions might give our members a little more to work on in finding a solution to your problem.

Just a note: Usually mysterious crashes are caused by voltage/current starving from the power supply, or by a memory issue. Have you checked the event logs for any strange errors around the crashes?
